The Dreamy Smoothie


If you are anything like me, most weekday mornings call for a quick on-the-go type breakfast. I’ve tried and tested many smoothies and this one comes out on top as my favorite breakfast smoothie. It’s nutritious and filled with all the goodness you need to jumpstart your morning including potassium, fiber, protein, iron, antioxidants, and various vitamins.

THE DREAMY SMOOTHIE: Makes one 16 ounce smoothie.


  • 1 organic banana (frozen or room temp)

  • 3/4 cup frozen organic blueberries

  • 2 Scoops Tera’s Whey Vanilla (or your favorite protein)

  • 1 tsp cacao powder (Trader Joe’s or Nativas are our favorites)

  • 1 tsp peanut butter (We love Eat Nutzo but any nut butter will do!)

  • 1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)

  • 1 handful of organic frozen spinach

  • 3/4 cup of Califia Farms Almond Milk (or any kind of milk you like)

  • 1/4 cup of water


  1. Blend it all together and enjoy!
