Cinnamon Cacao Pancakes
A slow Saturday calls for pancakes. These ones are sure to be loved by all while providing incredible nutritious benefits. These are packed with protein, potassium, antioxidants, magnesium, iron, calcium and much more. Enjoy!
1 cup Kodiak cakes flapjack/waffle mix (also available at Costco for a great deal)
1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
1 smashed organic banana
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cacao powder
1 scoop Organic Vanilla Tera’s Whey (or your favorite healthy protein)
Coconut oil for cooking
Fresh cut organic strawberries (or your favorite berries)
Cinnamon for sprinkling
Mix all ingredients together and stir up real good!
Heat a bit of coconut oil in a pan.
Add 1/4 cup of batter to the pan. Allow to cook for 6-7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Top with strawberries, maple syrup and cinnamon
