Blistered Shishitos: Serves 2-3 people
Heat avocado oil over medium high heat until oil is shimmery in a frying pan. Add the shishitos and sprinkle with salt.
Heat for 10-15 minutes until blistery.
Prepare shishitos in serving bowl and sprinkle with choice of cheese. Share & enjoy!
